line are always stupidly long. absolutely terrible service...every...single...time

Not a fan. Cannot recommend.
broken in almost every way possible from login to creating a new reservation

never get any answers or responses via chat. doesn't answer . continually changed time and car and was very glitch. freezing and wouldn't load. would sit on loading page for sectarian minutes.
can't enter codes and coupons; doesn't add my rewards points for past rentals...

every page is full of ads. horrible app
It is a very frustrating and sloooow process to link rentals to Avis Quick Pass. Chatbot... let's not even go there!
