This thing qajust randomly stops working at all, refuses to load up, and pretends there are no cameras to look at. very frustrating. cannot spend alllll day with customer support.

GREAT CAMERA SYSTEM!!!
The latest update screwed everything up on horizontal playback. It keeps jumping to current time and the 16x, 8x etc speed does not function when I select it anymore. I have 16 cameras and going through checking stuff is almost useless now.

Can't view/download recordings. Causes the app to crash.
