Why am I forced to download the app to access my tickets? in addition, AXS forced me to buy additional tickets because the system won't allow single tickets to remain. They have been reported to the ACCC. Why can't my tickets just be emailed as a PDF?

app is trash at least on a pixel phone. constantly saying I'm "not a real fan" and not letting me buy tickets. this is for an event that has been on sale for months,. and yes, I've disabled VPN, reinstalled, dobe everything suggested by the terrible support.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't access my tickets through the app or the web browser. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, I tried with mobile network, nothing happens. It gives me a "log in" option only. I successfully changed my password and when I tried to put it in, it says "invalid password". It seems to think that I am a bot. Frustrating and ridiculous. There is no option for creating an account. Worst experience ever.

Worst ticketing app - won't open, thinks you are a bot, suggests remedies that simply don't work, so can not even access account. Then, it suggests: If you still need assistance, our customer support team is here to help! blah, blah! LOL! Cannot get access to any help! Absolute trash app. Don't have these issues with other ticketing apps.
