Kassenta Driver

Kassenta Driver is the delivery app of the Kassenta platform in Syria: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and delivery services send their orders to the drivers nearest to them. Sign up in the app (name, address, phone number, vehicle type and plate). Once the Kassenta team approves you, you receive orders within 15 km of where you are. Go online with one tap and orders come to you: • Sound and vibration for every new order, even with the screen off. • See the delivery fee and the distance to the store and the customer before you accept. • Accept deliveries assigned to you, or grab an open order before anyone else. • A live map with you, the store and the customer, with distance and travel time. • One-tap navigation with Google Maps or Waze. Every step is clear: • Arrived at store → Picked up → Arrived at customer → Delivered. • An item checklist to verify the order before you leave. • Address, floor, building and directions from the customer. • The cash to collect, shown up front, and confirmed at handover. • Call or WhatsApp the customer and the store directly. Everyone stays in the loop: • Your store sees where you are and which step you are on, right in the POS. • Customers follow you on their tracking page and know when you are at the door. Your earnings: • Delivery fees and cash collected for today, the last 7 days and the month. • Average delivery time and your full delivery history. Built for real shifts: • Sign in with Google: one secure account per driver. • Arabic, English and German. • Light and dark themes, large buttons and slide-to-confirm to avoid mistaps. • Stores can also invite their own drivers, and one account can drive for several stores. The app shares your location with Kassenta, the store and the customer of your order only while you are online, with a permanent notification the whole time. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
