Thanks for your review! You can still have almost anything delivered with BaseBites using Pickup Only. Simply place a pickup order with the restaurant or store, upload your receipt in the BaseBites app, and we’ll pick it up and deliver it to your door. It works for restaurants, groceries, Target, Walmart, the Commissary, and more.

Hi Catherine, thanks for your feedback! BaseBites is at Dover AFB with 2,500+ orders delivered, and we’re working on expanding to bases in SC, NC & AL. We’d love to bring BaseBites to Hurlburt too—your help can make it happen! Please contact us via email or app so we can work together to bring it to your base soon!
Unable to add anything to the cart after selecting in the menu. Samsung S24 Ultra, Android ver. 14. *Working now.*
Developer reply
Hi Todd, thanks for your review. It’s possible the restaurant you’re trying to order from is closed. While you can still view the menu, the option to add items to your cart is disabled until the restaurant reopens. Once they’re open during their business hours, you should be able to complete your order. Let us know if you have any questions!
I am unable to order any food to Cherry Point don't know what the deal is

Thank you for your review. We are currently working on a soft launch at a base in Sumpter, SC. Thereafter, we plan to launch in other locations, including your area, as we continue to grow! Please use our Contact Us page & send us your location & we will start working w/ vendors in the area & hopefully you will be able to order&deliver for us soon!
Sounded like a great idea. Except there's literally no service here...a metro area with a huge concentration of restricted military installations. Looks like I'm uninstalling and going back to waiting at the gate again. Edit: the developer asked for more information about location. I'm in the DC area, home to a plethora of bases who could really use this service.

Jennifer thanks for your review & believing in our great idea. BaseBites is working very hard in forming workable relationships w/ various restricted military installations. Please provided us w/ more info of your area including contacts so we can solve the current inconvenience of waiting at the gate for your orders. Thanks!
