brilliant
The actual transfer was fantastic, but app a waste of time. Tracking showed driver was bouncing between 2 places, one 40 mins away and one even further. This continued for around an hour. Meanwhile in real life, he arrived at the pickup location at the exact time (well a minute early!). So the only thing the app added was unnecessary panic.
Booked a transfer with this company, got sent a WhatsApp message with a booking reference and a link to this app encouraging me to install it to track the booking. No option in the app to enter a booking reference. The automated chatbot says it will pull up bookings linked to your email address but only works for specific reference types, which mine isn't. Complete waste of time.
great app to check on prices and book your transfer to/from Alps
Nice app, easy to use
so far, it's one of the best apps for airport transfers and their prices are very reasonable. I have used it once and will definitely use it again. Thank you!!
It's a 10 from Len.
