my school uses it
Helped me receive a few free books. However, does not have any of my NYC schools in communities. That's a bit disappointing as I would love to connect with fellow "bookworms" who aren't fans of Facebook.
dont open keeps crashing
The school wants us to use this to track books but the app just opens a browser page. the Browser doesn't keep track of your timer if your screen falls asleep. You have to find a different way to track the reading time outside of Bean Stack.
app crashes the second you open
I really enjoy this app. Since the last update the scanner doesn't always work properly. It was much better when the scanner didn't move and it was just a straight red line. Please fix it.
Beanstack is very easy to use and it actually tracks your reading. However, the app doesn't count my minutes for the daily 20 minute goal and it's a real bummer because I log 25-30+ minutes every day. Also, the scanner for the ISBN doesn't even work, even in perfect lighting, so I can't even log my reading with my phone. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how this app turned out because I was expecting a lot better. :(
