My favorite Apple app is so disappointing on Android TV. It doesn’t even load playlist on my 2025 TV model. It takes 1.8GB of storage space. Version 1.4.1. I want my money back.

Sorry your playlist won’t load on Android TV 1.4.1 and the app uses 1.8 GB. We’ve forwarded this for investigation; cause unknown. Email support@iptvx.app your TV/OS, error, server domain, username, country, VPN/exit country and log privately; playlist data is used only to investigate, then deleted. For Google Play purchases, request refunds there.

UI design is pretty good. UX is just okay. It looks great but hard to watch anything because nothing happens when you try to select something and there's no messages to tell you what could be the issue..

hate to say this but it works better on IOS.. how can I get a refund not even 15mins into the app and phone keeps resetting using the new galaxy z fold 8 only app open in the background and phone keeps resetting screen freezes and becomes unresponsive...

We haven't verified why you can't access it; Play lists the model as supported in production. When I try to see shows it turns off and I cannot load a specific playlist which I can to another app with the same options and credentials, also the playlist management is difficult cannot search the playlist you want either

Sorry IPTVX closes on shows, won't load the playlist, and playlist search is difficult on OnePlus 12. No fix verified. Playlist loading likely involves provider compatibility. Email support@iptvx.app with steps/logs, server URL, username, country and VPN/exit country. Send the playlist privately; we'll use it only to investigate, then delete it.

They do not let you watch a single channel or a movie more than 10 secs and keep hammering to buy the app. Always buy those apps which let you test the app n those who don't, surely hiding something. Very costly. These guys are minting money. There are many apps on play store which are cheaper and more smooth than this app. Buy IPTV Titan with hundreds of features and still very cheap. Bugs. Posters appear after long time. Freezing too much. Long ch zapping. Confusing design. Uninstalling.

We’re sorry playback stops after about 10 seconds and that posters load slowly, streams freeze and channel changes lag. We hear your pricing and design feedback too. waste of money if you already have on ios I have a yearly sub good for another 7 months but, even after syncing with iCloud, it refuses to recognize that sub on Android so I can't even watch something for more than 30 seconds a shame because I would absolutely ditch tivimate for this

Sorry—our previous reply was incorrect. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are separate. An Apple subscription works on supported Apple devices; it does not unlock IPTVX on Android, even if iCloud sync works there. Android access requires a separate Google Play subscription. iCloud sync transfers supported app data, not purchase entitlements.

it doesn't work very well it takes ages for something to play and I'm struggling to figure out how the audio work. this thing has a lot of bugs and it does not work with your Apple account, so you have to buy an Android version as well
