passkey issues !!!
Very poor experience. I’ve been trying to log in for the last 3 months, even after registering my passkey and updating the app, but nothing works. Completely frustrating and useless if users can’t even sign in. Please fix this issue urgently and provide a permanent solution.
The discount displayed on their site did not match the price of the item I added to my cart. Customer service did nothing to assist and blind transferred me to another company, which could not help with the issue. Poor service
Uninstalled Kinda annoying. You have to get clearence thru upsers, once you get clearence, you have to log into upsers from the app. Itll then open your browser and you'll log into upsers again and select benefits hub for it to open in your browser. Ill just use the browser
Some decent discounts but it is SLOW, it's really irritating to use. 30 seconds to sign in and 10 seconds between each page change.
Useless app dosen't work it asks you to log in with your health shield details only to send you to your breeze account which already has an app so pretty pointless
Seems I have to re authenticate every time I use this app unless i'm doing something wrong. Also when purchasing gift cards why can it not remember my address. I have to put all this in every time as well. Frustrating.
Awful. Basically a front end for a browser. No difference to using a web browser. Don't bother installing this.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
