this app has helped me by adding a mental block between opening the unlock screen and opening an app I know is just relieving a temporary boredom.
this app has really helped me to not be glued to my phone anymore.

Giving 1 star bc they're FORCING me to rate before using it.
I just downloaded this app. So far, it seems very easy to navigate. I'm excited to see how much of a difference it makes.
As of making this I've yet to use this app but from what I've heard I can tell it's just what I need to detach from my phone.

Im clueless about this app. It's difficult to rate an app before it's been used. App was Uninstalled because price wasn't discussed up front. I don't want to try something for free for seven day if the price wasn't shown. It sounds like a good idea. The price should have been displayed up front.
Can't say much yet since I'm only opening the app for the first time, but I do really like the cause.
