Subscription prices are too high for what you get, i wouldnt bother. Id get a notebook and create your own journal, or your notes app. Doing it this was has helped me and also saved me money. And im sorry to anyone who is even having to consider downloading an app like this, you've got this!🫶🏻
It a Good app
If you have ever attempted to control your binge eating with mindfulness, you know how hard it is to train yourself to do it consistently. This app has a great routine to help you get control in the moment of a binge urge. I think that feature makes the app worth downloading. Other than that, it has the basic meal and mood tracking with mindfulness routines.

It looks good but every time I try to put in a meal it keeps glitching. I've uninstalled & reinstalled 3 or 4 times but it's not made a difference.
useful app but wish it would open on first try and didn't crash
really helpful logging how i feel. love that there is a meditation included.
