Advertising is misleading. Fees are more than any profits.

I feel the options they give to access the app give you the choice of making your app accessable to more people easily or foece you to remember even more. Neither option is great. This is a review of the app only and not the services.
I've been using betterment for more than 5 years. I love how easy it is to move money around and they do a good job of reinvesting.
Annoying to lose all money being automatically deposited into account. Makong deposits and watching balance go DOWN is not what I'd expect from this company/app. Add the extremely difficult customer hating website and all it does is makes me want to run. Changing to Fidelity, Betterment has been disappointing the past last year, poor management of stock/bonds.

I am removing 2 stars because the app has recently taken the design language from Apple and iOS. Liquid Glass design doesn't work here and it looks ugly. Material You is the design language of Android 17.
I've been using Betterment since March 2017, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. I wanted to start investing, but I was too busy to manage it myself. Betterment saved me time, money, and stress in ways I didn't expect. The platform makes withdrawing money and making deposits a breeze — it’s seamless. I’m in this for the long haul and will update my review when time permits!!
