Everytime i logged in the app crashes and it will lead me to the page where i would log in again. Please fix this bug, i cant logged in to my account
scam app, took my money and disabled my account which I can never access. don't risk your money and stay away from this scam.

full trap be ware, they have 25AED deduction fee with every withdrawal which is deducted before even they confirm with you, the amount is shared after u do the withdrawal. i did 2 withdrawals 1 min away from each other, and each time 25 is deducted. you think ur making money, but all the money u make they take it from u in withdrawal fees.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting a full week for account verification, and I still can’t trade or withdraw my money. No effective solution or proper support. My funds are stuck. I strongly do not recommend this platform.

Do not use BitOasis. The customer support is terrible, and trust me, you will need - it is archaic, complex, frustrating and will cause you so much anxiety.

I have been using BitOasis since 2017 as a verified user with all compliance and KYC due diligence requirement met. Recently, out of no where all my currencies were held, I can't withdraw cash or transfer crypto. Platform is asking for huge amount of info which I refused to share with a private company (not even the government would request such amount of info). They refused to disclose the motive behind their request. Taking them to the court and authorities soon. TheirVIP programme is a joke

Worst customer service.! They didn't ask for any verification when I added money to the wallet and when I want to withdraw they are asking for a lot of documents and even after submitting the asked documents, it is taking them weeks to verify it. Kind of a scam to stop people from withdrawing their own money. Very Disappointing.!

It's been over 3 months you locked my account reviewing my documents for Tier 2 verification which is still under review. Your team is not answering emails or WhatsApp chats. Update, my account was unlocked after filing complaint with VARA and UAE central bank. Sold my coins even with loss and opened with a reputable platform.
