got into my first motorcycle accident, unfortunately it was at 1am on a back road. a deer took out my handlebars and I slid a good 20-30 feet on the Pavement. this app says that it will call your emergency contact if a crash is detected, and I can tell you that feature doesn't work. I was fortunate that I could still walk and was able to find my phone eventually and call for help. my motion 4 lite still works as it should, but my helmet was shaved down flat on one side.

good unit ( motion 6) but the app is not user friendly.

It's working better now. but I fear your updates. Your updates seem to fix one thing and break two others. Please test before you roll out.....

Works for my AMP GO headset. Was able to update the firmware on it, but does not work for older headsets like VYBE and HBC 100.

Since the 20th Sep 2025 update, the app does nothing but crash on start up. Others have reported this too, but nothing appears to be done about it, and it's been two months. It's effectively useless now.

App doesn't even launch without crashing now, rendering it useless. It worked up until about October of 2024. Ever since then, it opens maybe one out of twenty times, but then still immediately crashes and closes out. It's a shame too, because the app had plenty of customizable features for my motion 6 headset, but now I cant do anything to adjust the settings at all.

doesn't work, just crashes on start up

The app crashes on startup. So I can't do anything with it.
