App doesn't detect my device and crashes when I switch to the connect tab more than once. I just want to update the damn thing.

Will not allow me to connect. running a pixel 9 pro on latest firmware. app will not connect to Bluetooth exo com headset for firmware updates, app fails when connected to headset and says permissions denied. all permissions are granted however. please fix, I am unable to update my headset.

Does not connect with Motion HDS X. Used CLEARLink app instead and it works fine.

app keeps crashing on Samsung A34 phone, can't update my device

app will not work with my pixel 10 but works perfect with other smart phones. called the company and literally no help. was told the company is in korea and nothing they can do to fix the app.

This review serves as a possible fix for the app crashing when trying to connect the EXO-COM unit. What worked for me was manually allowing app permissions "Nearby devices" and "Location" in the Android settings. Hopefully this works for others as well. The app is unstable and not user friendly. The microphone quality of the unit itself is very bad.

app crashes as soon as you try to connect meaning you now can't configure your expensive intercom unit.

can't hook to my Android ultra 24 app does not pair. went through every way of trying to pair. Even called your help center and couldn't get it to pair would like to know what to do can't use the app on my headset device
