Great to have at one's fingertips, just been crashing a bit recently.

I tried Byron Katie’s app The Work with real curiosity and I also bought the book. I study psychology and wanted to see if it actually helps. It doesn’t. The idea sounds simple: question your thoughts until pain disappears but it skips everything we know about trauma, regulation, and attachment. The “turnaround” step pushes people to blame themselves, which can be dangerous after abuse. There’s no solid research behind it, just one weak pilot study. It feels more like persuasion than therapy

I love doing the work on this app! It is so easy to use and convenient to have on hand.
Simple and effective exactly what you'd expect from The Work app. thank you for creating it and pricing it so affordable. May you be healthy and happy 😊
Add a Chat GPT type A.I to the "Work" already using it but Chat GPT not optimized for "The Work"...anyone want to volunteer to "spruce up" the app? Writing instead of typing maybe why there are not many downloads compared to say the audio podcast which is great, she still doing it in 2025🥰
This app is well-made and steps you through The Work without having to guess what to do next. It is elegantly simple so that anyone can use it. It works smoothly on my Galaxy phone, and the simplicity and accessibility of the app makes it easy to continue The Work throughout my day.

Perfect for guiding inquiry!
Helped me "Work" through heightened moments
This is by far the best option for your mental health in asking questions to get you through knowing how to handle any situation that comes up. Byron Katie has an amazing way of making what seems like a mountain into a molehill and easily navigating the ways in which you can recover from your own thinking and turn it around to have a more positive outlook.

Absolutely amazing! I'm so grateful to have found the work of Byron Katie and to be able to use it on my phone, if paper and pen are not in hand. Thank you so much! The app works flowlessly. It's a pleasure.
