Blood Snap: BP diary & glucose manager. Log, charts, snap, PDF. Free diary.
BloodSnap BP Log Sugar Tracker is a modern bp diary and glucose manager in one app — a blood pressure log, blood sugar diary, weight tracker, and pills tracker together. It has daily tracking and logging features. You can record BP and sugar by manual entry, voice entry, or Quick Log Scan, which reads numbers from an image of your home blood pressure monitor, cuff, glucometer, or scale. Use it as your daily bp log, sugar recorder, vitals tracker, and health record book. BloodSnap lets you see all the monthly readings of blood pressure, blood sugar, and body weight. The log book history has List view and Table view. In Table view, tap the add icon to instantly add that day's reading to your blood pressure log. The history screen has filters for blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight, by month, year, or lifetime. Your tracked records can be exported as PDF or CSV files to your local storage. So your daily health records — bp diary, diabetes tracker log, glucose log, and weight log — can be exported easily, and the whole app works fully offline. Insights show 7-day, 30-day, and 3-month graphs: a blood pressure chart, blood sugar chart / glucose chart, and body weight trends. You can filter any one of them or choose All to see everything together. It works as a blood pressure log, blood glucose tracker, and body weight tracker in one place. The insights help you see how your blood pressure and sugar levels fluctuate in the numbers you entered. As a glucose diary and bp log, it helps you keep a diabetes tracker log and hypertension diary for your clinician — it does not diagnose. For a weight loss journey, the weight graph and records work as a weight tracker, showing changes daily, weekly, and monthly. BloodSnap also has AI insights that read the readings you logged and summarize patterns: which days were steadier and when blood pressure, blood glucose, sugar levels, or weight moved more. This is educational context for your diary, not a medical label of “normal” or “high.” The AI insights are available in multiple languages, so you can choose your local language and understand your health records — BP, blood glucose, and weight — in clearer wording. The AI insights card has a button to increase and decrease the font size for elderly people, an accessibility feature for dads and moms with eyesight problems. BloodSnap also has a Pills Tracker and medicine reminder. Simply add the medicine or pill, and a form will ask for basic details like name and mg, and the reminder time. The app will then remind you to take that pill. The medicine reminder notifications use the medicine name, giving them a personal feel. In Settings, account setup saves your data as a backup so it can be restored when needed. The app has multiple account creation and login options: email and password, Login with Google, Login with Apple, and Login as Guest. You can select the health vitals you want to track: blood pressure (with pulse), blood sugar, body weight, or any combination. Blood pressure uses mmHg, glucose uses mmol/L and mg/dL, and weight uses kg and lbs. Set up your own bp sugar log and vitals tracker the way you prefer. Along with the Pills Tracker and medicine reminder, you can also set custom reminders. Choose the reminder name and time, and repeat daily, weekly, or monthly. The app is available in both light and dark themes, based on your preference. It includes logging tips with simple, to-the-point guidelines for BP, sugar, and weight in multiple languages, including Hindi, Urdu, and Bangla. You can also export and import data. Your blood sugar log book, bp diary, and weight tracker records can be exported as PDF and CSV, with the date and time of day. DISCLAIMER: BloodSnap BP Log Sugar Tracker is a personal health logging app and is not a medical device, blood pressure monitor, or glucometer. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions.
