very bad experience, i have ordered in 16th September 2026 and still i don't get the product and their is no update in the app, not reply to my mails, I feel like I've been cheated.

I ordered Halilal's t-shirt and it came in the wrong size and color. What is this?
انتظرت احجز مبارة الهلال و الاتحاد قدامي 4 الف و مكتوب اني ما راح اخسر مكاني ف الطابور طلعت و دخلت مرة ثانية فجاءة صارو 24 الف اتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء رده كان ارسل ايميل للإدارة تطبيق سيء و خدمة سيئة
عن طريق الخطأ عن طريق موقع وهمي تمت سرقة معلومات بطاقتي و اضيفت على بلو و استخدمت مباشرة خلال ثواني .غالبا يكون هذا الموقع مربوط معكم بدون علمكم حيث ان اضافتي لمعلومات البطاقة كانت متزامنه مع اضافتها معكم بحساب النصاب . وهذا اختراق أمني وغالبا المعلومات عندكم غير محمية . طبعا كلمتكم خلال نصف ساعة لأيقاف العملية ولكن الموظف رفض لانه ليس لدي رقم طلب

Avoid this app at all costs. I waited nearly a month for an order and it was a complete nightmare. I called 10–15 times and tried multiple different customer service numbers, but it didn't matter which number I called—every single person gave the exact same scripted lie: "We are trying our best, it will arrive in 3 days." They just keep you in a loop of fake promises to avoid giving you a refund. Their service is incredibly slow and unprofessional. They take your money instantly but have zero a
