App needs a lot of work and so does rainmaker. I had issues connecting launch app/phone to rainmaker. Took several attempts. Can't modify clubs in bag, doesn't keep history of sessions to compare, etc. I do like the information on screen once you can get everything to work. But the whole setup between phone and rainmaker isn't intuitive at all.

app crashes about every 5-10 swings. this is very disappointing. the fact i had to purchase 2 subscriptions so me and my 12-year-old son could track his shots and clubs. very frustrating and disappointed.

Downloaded on my android and the launch monitor will not Bluetooth to my phone or tablet. it worked 2 times about a month ago but won't connect anymore.

Only usable on a tablet. On mobile, lots of parts of the app just randomly overlap, so you can barely read anything. Edut: Support responded, but apparently doesn't realize that they made the app downloadable for mobile. Maybe if you don't support mobile, don't let mobile devices download the app.

only usable on tablet. Signed up for the paid subscription. no features are added. no digital courses to play. app crashes aver 5-10 swings. I downloaded their other app. which only works for tracking at physical courses. No at home simulator courses. They have no updates on when the app will actually work as advertised. Probably best to wait before buying this unfortunately.

Get message that "launch does not support the current display size setting" Tried every combination of display setting and nothing resolves it. App starts with a first time user video and gets stuck on it and can't proceed. Doesn't seem like a lot of testing went into this app. Samsung s24 ultra

aspect ratio doesn't fit my Samsung S24 Ultra phone????? Really??? Can't use app 6/18/26: Why do you have phone screenshots in your app overview here if it's only for tablets?? Why is this app available in the app store for phones if this is only for tablets?? Finally, why would you make a tablet app before the phone app??? Android tablets are not even that popular. Phone to Tablet ratio is 24:1!!! Lol

The app needs help. I have an android which should not matter. But can't delete clubs I don't have or use. Could not scroll around at all on the app to click certain Irons. please please get an update soon. spending $600 on a launch monitor and can not use everything kind of hurts. I also bought a player plus speaker hopefully that app is better. The actual launch monitor seems to be working well. But the app needs help.

the video on practice screen that is on your phone to help you learn about the rain maker will not close out after you play the video it is too big on phone screen and won't clear off so you can use practice screen
