This app took my money and doesn't want to pay back,it made a wrong purchase so I would like all my money back of R559,99 because Google says I don't qualify for a refund.

We are sorry about the accidental R549.99 purchase. Refunds are managed by Google Play. Log in with the purchase account, open Payments & subscriptions, find the order, select Report a problem, choose the relevant reason, state that you want a refund, and submit the form.
