doesn't work
Awful app that locked me out and would not allow me to bring up my paid ticket the day of the event. Now, I'll have to cancel my credit card because I don't trust the app.

Was forced to download this app just to buy tickets to the event which you can't get on the website

My first stop after flying in from Milwaukee. Had an absolutely wonderful time, meeting some marvelous and beautiful people. Had a number of food offerings that were fantastic, bought product from some venders and had an ear fulls of great music!! I Look forward to attending another event when I next visit Los Angeles. HDK

I am not able to get the QR code for my purchased tickets, I called customer service and the what they suggested i do still did not work. I am out $30

I've installed and Uninstalled twice and have been having an issue with receiving the code to verify the account. So with that being said, trash app.

App rarely works. Customer service through email doesn't exactly help. Or show compassion for the faulty app. Even instructed me to make a new vendor portal and it still isn't working. Would love to vend with you all. Buy this app is not working very well
