Started using this about four months ago when I was drowning in half finished projects at work. The onboarding was quick so I didn't overthink it and just jumped in, and within a week the structure started clicking. Tbh I was skeptical because a lot of these apps promise a lot but deliver nothing, but this one actually listens to what you tell it about yourself and builds from there. I've stuck with it longer than any other habit app, and my productivity is noticeably better now..

been using it for five weeks and it's the first productivity tool i've actually kept on my phone past the second week. the daily insights are specific enough that they stick with me instead of feeling like generic advice about time management..
