This app is working slow much delay time

app is terrible so far, cant get past sign up, asks for 6 digit verification code qith letters and numbers and only emails you 4 numbers. had to call ts and wait 24 hr to see what they come up w. plus it asks for a ton of permissions, what for? its an air conditioner
