As a small business who uses this to give callers 3 options to press when calling us, you'd think that would be simple to manage. I am currently on holiday and out of the 45 different settings to forward calls to other members of staff not one of them works. had 216 calls come through to my mobile whilst trying to enjoy a holiday and spend time with my kids. Out of contract so will be changing to a different provider as soon as I return. Shambles of a service. AVOID!

When declining a call, it continues to call!!!! So frustrating that BT cannot fix this issue

I've updated the app but it still cuts out making calls or receiving calls. How can I run a business like this? And all for the price of £90 a month!

It's handy to have your mobile to take calls from the desk phone but it doesn't take calls when using Android Auto.

Can't search for contacts outside my organisation that aren't saved to my phone. What on earth is this?? Poor show BT, I can see it on desktop but not in-app?

the email listed on play for support is no longer in use. how bizarre. media volume on my phone is almost inaudible (as if th speaker is muffled) after using BT Cloudwork app. Is this a known issue?
