first car was terrible. broken and loud. I had to interrupt my trip and return it. a hard riding uncomfortable price of Junk
Last name is hyphenated on my i.d. App won't let me type my name as it is on my reservation- so it's useless to me. Do better Budget

I've never had an issue with the car rental service. However, I was recently looking to book a rental for a trip and realized that it was cheaper to book on a web browser rather than app. I wasn't even signed in on the browser and on the app I have Amazon linked to supposedly get better pricing. I ended up booking with a competitor.
