this is something that the company I work at uses. it doesn't work well for our industry. or our bosses are to cheaper to get it to work the way it should. Just not great for guys out in the field and not computer literate
Trash, load times are slow, constantly crashes, logs you out often, have to clear cache, constantly runs in the background killing your battery, whatever OpsAI is has a constant notification and clicking it opens a blank window everytime, some new timer feature that I catch running the clock on jobs even after I've ended the visit and gone home. Not to mention apparently you cant even run a report for property assets and the needed items. Seems useless Now AI edits all the summaries techs enter
it constantly has issues where it won't load. I have to constantly clear cache for it to work. it constantly alerts me and the most you can set it for is 2hrs. I wish we could just get 1 alert and that's it. I would not recommend this app. their is other apps out there that are a lot better and user friendly.

Slow to load. Performance does not feel reliable.
WORST app I've ever used in my life. Lags 5 seconds or more with every push of a button on the screen. I can't believe they put this app out in this state. They ought to be ashamed.

constant crashes and problems. this app sucks and deserves less than 0 stars. been using for a year now and nothing but problems.
