Booked well in advance for a pickup at Petrie Station Brisbane on a weekday night. Approx $40 for 5k drive. No takers. Tried again via phone. Waited 20mins and gave up to start walking home as already sunk cost too great. Have to go past homeless park at Lawnton. Lucky I'm not female.
The app is good. However. I faced a fare difference during one of the rides. would definitely recommend to use.

Easy to book trip and track!
Got a cabcharge digital pass from my company with 6 rides. Tried to do the online booking. Kept getting the same "can't book online" error. This is on a Tuesday afternoon. Honestly, it's the worst. Ended up getting an uber.

Cannot press confirm and request in the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Calling the phone line 13cabs won't get me a human operator and the automated voice system can't understand the address I need. I ended up fixing an expired debit card in the app, but no context-based help was available in the app to assist with self-repair.Not acceptable. Always liked 13CABS for over 30 years, until now. Pathetic. Fix it now. Congratulations on trying to lose a loyal customer.
