Recipe Cost: Food & Menu Costs

Update an ingredient's purchase price, check the cost per serving, then compare it with your menu price. Recipe Cost connects costing, recipes, stock and preparation for small bakeries, cafes and food businesses. One-time app purchase in Japan: JPY 980. Existing local tools need no additional subscription or account. Optional Business analysis and cloud sync are available only in Japan and cost extra; Business is not included in the app purchase. Regional app prices appear in Google Play. Start with one familiar recipe: enter ingredient pack prices, quantities used and servings to see its cost per serving. Cost recipes and review prices • Register ingredients once and reuse them across recipes. Purchase-price updates flow through linked costs. • Reuse doughs, sauces and other preparations as subrecipes. • Calculate edible quantities and preparation yield, plus labour, overhead and packaging. • Compare a recipe's selling price with a price calculated from your entered tax rate and target margin. • Compare supplier prices, review price history, and register measured weight, volume or count conversions. Plan production and shopping Combine recipe requirements, subtract raw stock, and calculate packs to buy. Review the budget and expected remainder. Record deliveries and completed production to update inventory. Keep multiple batches. Check off cooking steps and resume later. Use baker's percentages with explicit base ingredients. Change the base weight and send scaled servings to the production plan. Import, record and share • Review mapped columns and changes before importing CSV, XLSX or a supplier's HTTPS CSV. • Read invoice quantities, units and prices on your device; confirm before applying. • Record actual sales with the selected recipe-cost basis and currency fixed. • Export ingredient lists, recipe tables, costs and shopping lists as CSV, and recipe-cost sheets as PDF. • Back up and restore the library, archive verified history, and undo the last change. Records stay on your device. Move complete library backups to another device. Calculations and lists do not place supplier orders. Business: profit analysis + cloud (Japan only) Japan pricing: JPY 980 monthly or JPY 9,800 billed once per year, plus the app purchase. A new app purchase plus the annual plan totals JPY 10,780 in year one. Business auto-renews until cancelled in Google Play. • Find menu items below their target margin or missing selling prices. • Review tax-inclusive target prices from entered costs, margin and tax. • Compare recorded sales over equal periods, including changes by menu item. • Estimate current costs at fixed recorded quantities and net revenue, separately from historical results. • Export weekly or monthly review CSVs: recorded results and current-cost scenarios stay separate, with periods, currencies and reasons for unavailable estimates. • Cloud sync and storage are included; a separate Cloud plan is not needed. Analysis uses entered costs and sales. It is not full-shop net profit or a sales forecast. Existing Cloud plans Cloud provides sync and storage without new Business analysis. Existing rights are preserved. To switch to Business, use the app's plan-change instructions. Check final regional prices, billing dates and replacement terms in Google Play. Cloud scope and cancellation An account is required. Sync saved work and linked files across your devices. Unsaved edits and separate project-library copies are excluded. Uploads run while the app is open; you choose which differing copy to use. Includes 1 GB per account per app, shared by up to 20 versions. No simultaneous team editing. After Business or Cloud expires, existing one-time local tools and device records remain available. Existing cloud copies can still be downloaded or deleted. New Business analysis and cloud uploads require the applicable active plan. Deleting a cloud account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
