Loop Photo Frame

Nothing but trouble. Can't load photos. and when I log out it won't allow me to log back in due to network issues.

UPDATE: This app is still terrible. super glitchy and I iwlt would seem there is absolutely no app development or maintenance happening. This app is full of bugs. It's pretty frustrating to use.

Unstable and many issues with uploading photos.

until recently, I was very pleased with Loop. however, the app has become completely useless. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's not working. the frame itself is still looping through my photo album, but I can no longer add or edit my album.

I absolutely love, love the Loop Photo Frame! It's soooo easy to use and I love ❤️ looking at all of the pictures I have on my phone!

still a poor app. first time I had issues, support said to reload. that resulted in missing pictures on the app that show on the frame. my Pixel running Android 16 still can't upload video. it crashes the app. support claims to be fixing these things, but it's been almost 2 years and nothing

I loved this app. All the family has a frame. Worked great until I got a new phone. Old one had Android 11. New one has Android 16. Crashes before I can upload pics. Seems like they are not updating the app well enough.

I see others have issues with uploading videos. I contacted support and their instruction was to remove and re-install the app, which I did and now can upload videos. however, this created a second problem as not all the videos that are in the albums show up on the phone. the album count is correct, but an actual count on the phone shows hundreds fewer photos. I also noticed a pop-up in the app that leads me to believe the app was written for iPhone and later ported to Android as an afterthought

Simple interface issues block the app from working properly. Very disappointing.

FamilyAlbum is no longer affiliated with Loop. I had issues synchronizing photoframe with FamilyAlbum. Here is what FamilyAlbum customer said. it was great until it stopped working, farewell... --------- Unfortunately, we are no longer affiliated with Loop. Some older frames purchased have been reported to still be compatible with FamilyAlbum; however, we offer no compatibility guarantee for newly purchased Loop frames. We are sorry to hear that Loop's Customer Support did not mention this.
