Being advertised at while trying to use the products you paid for. Calex can f right off. Don't buy their products and pay to be advertised at.

Genuinely don't know what the negative reviews are on about I haven't had any trouble with this app up until this point it's been pretty easy to use

Described as easy to set up. No it's not. Really unimpressed. Keeps failing to add. So another 2mins of a flashing light, to try again. Why it just will not work with 5ghz wifi. So pissed right now. Just got a mood light. Went to set up, worse than ever. Have to enter WiFi network name manually instead of selecting from a list. Not easy to set up, this is a heap of horse excretment. if I could give it less than one star I would. why can't it just read the WiFi name that my phone is connected to?

18/09/2024: I just picked up my phone after hearing a LONG BUZZ VIBRATION, I thought I was receiving a phone call. Only to discover that Calex had pushed an advert for cameras 🤦 13/07/2024: App now forces you to watch an advert. When I want to open the app to quickly turn my lights on and off, I'm FORCED to watch an advert. Which is NOT what I originally purchased. It's too late now to return it, and it's horrible. Who on earth made the decision to update the app with adverts.. BAD MOVE CALEX

The settings are not clear to follow.

absolutely useless. never connects. doesn't remember settings. utterly pointless

got it to operate video doorbell. It's practically useless, when someone rings the doorbell it makes an almost inaudible notification noise which doesn't repeat. If you don't have the phone right next to you, you'll miss the call. No option to change notification sound or increase volume or make it repeat. Video doorbell is practically useless with this app.

stoped working everything works fine for years now it just won't connect to any of my bulbs anymore no matter what mode it's in..

my lamp is blinking and fail. there is no way to connect
