Unable to store footage/recordings to Sd card. Is there other way?

Hi Fernando, Thank you for your question. The footage is stored within the app until it is uploaded to eyeWitness' secure server, which ensures the chain of custody remains intact. After uploading to the server, you should be able to save a copy to an SD card. If not, please contact us at techsupport@eyewitness.global for further assistance.

Can't take pictures quickly. When i click button, it takes time to take photo. I'm from Myanmar and it's so risky to take pictures or videos. I can't wait that long.

Thank you for your feedback. Capturing a photo with eyeWitness may take one to two seconds longer than with a standard mobile phone. The reason is that the eyeWitness App is recording and encrypting the metadata needed to verify the footage. We are working to reduce that time as much as possible.
