I read about this app in an overland book. It seemed interesting so I installed it to check it out. All it did was shoe a blue screen with the logo, nothing else.

App won't open on my S9. worked for our Idaho trip back in July!? was there a recent update?
Developer reply
We're so sorry you're having trouble! Our current app version requires Android 10 or above. If your device does not run Android 10 or higher, you can open campendium.com in a web browser on your phone!
I've only been using this app for a few days and paid for the PRO subscription planned all the trips for the rest of the summer and so far so good. As far as I can tell its very comparable to RV Life Pro as far as trip planning and RV safe navigation. I also like the fact that if you enter all your trailer info in, it provides links for recalls and links to the manufacturer. And from what I read on their website they also have new features on the way too. So nevermind the old negative reviews!

Thanks so much for the kind words and for giving Campendium Pro a try! We're glad to hear the trip planning and RV-safe navigation are working well for your summer plans, and that the recall/manufacturer links for your trailer have been handy too. We do have more features on the way, so stay tuned. Happy and safe travels out there this summer!

App and website are working now. but it keeps forcing me into the new campendium navigation app, which i choose not to use, but apparently campendium is trying to force me to use it. i have selected Google maps but the app will not let me open Google maps from the navigation button or copy the coordinates so I can put them in my other apps. love the new campendium app, but hate being forced to a product that i don't need or want.

We're so sorry you had that issue! That should not be happening - if you're still experiencing this issue can you reach out to us at info@campendium.com? If you're back in and using the app, we'd appreciate you updating your review!
I only use basic search and map features, which work fine. For dump stations, it doesn't distinguish the cost between campers & non-campers. The first substation I went to was free for all, but that appears to be an anomaly. Almost all I've found on the say free, but actually have a cost if you haven't paid to camp.

Great point — "free" doesn't always tell the whole story when it comes to dump stations! We'll pass this along as a data improvement. In the meantime, feel free to submit a correction anytime you spot inaccurate pricing — it helps the whole community!
This app clearly still doesn't work. There are no places on the map at all.

works worse since the change, signed up for the trial with potential of subscription for $60 annual. slow and clunky, places appear and disappear. Travel plan features still inoperable. Can't find COE sites. very little info for operating the app. Not sure if the $60 covers other apps like The Dyrt. I expected much better, hopefully this gets improved fast, I like the promised features but it needs to deliver.

While we're excited to grow our features to offer new things like trip planning and RV safe navigation, we do not intend for that to be at the cost of the experience that made Campendium your go-to in the first place. Our goal is to build on top of what you already love, not replace it. Can you reach out to our support team so we can learn more?
new update hid one of our most used features and why we liked this more than other apps.... quick access to longest rig reported at camp. now need to scroll reviews looking

We're so sorry you've had trouble finding Max RV Length in the app! You can still filter by Max RV Length - just apply a camping category, then tap 'Filters'. If you have trouble finding this, reach out to our support team!
