broken app , update doesn't work

it ain't working on my phone (redmi 12), the app always gets stuck at lunch. Also its seems that i can't login with another device, the app keeps rejecting my credentials. it wasn't always the case tho, upon launch the app run flawlessly till a certain update (i can't recall which patch exactly). i hope u can do something about it asap cz i can't access any service/space that requires booking f dorms :/
