Great App 👍🏾

If you have Long Covid and/or ME/CFS, you should get this app. A lifesaver for tracking symptoms and what treatments and medicine you take on a given day. Plus, we get to contribute to Long Covid and/or ME/CFS research.

Surprisingly easy to use. The symptom tracker is my favorite thing. Very useful.

essy to use

The symptom tracker is particularly useful. It has the ability to warn you if you're overdoing it (I have long covid), but only with a Fitbit, even though it is capable of pulling historical data from Garmin. Would sure have been nice if it would do that for the Garmin watch I received from a study I'm participating in, which also uses this app.

update 5/4/2025 app took a awhile to get data but I'm suffering less burn outs and crashing thanks to the pace reminders . recommending people try this over a well known band now .
