I have restarted, uninstalled, re-download but there is a box on the bottom right constantly that says " messaging.us-1poly.ais server IP cant be found" it makes it nearly impossible to checkout or edit my cart.

If I could give 0 stars I would- which is a bummer because I love their clothes quality and styles. VERY SLOW AND GLITCHY. Easier to shop directly on the store website. Have wasted a lot of time filling a cart to have it disappear randomly despite being logged in under my user name. Spend the money and get a better app carters
