No longer working, while I paid for. No replies from email support... So sad and disappointing as it is a killer app that I used everyday

Paid for pro, it was invaluable, but reverted back to trial & asks to purchase. But can't even pay again bc it says "you already own this", & the cycle loops. Tried every fix. Nothing. Unbelievably frustrating having paid for it, have it not honor that, things get deleted, & you see it's in the app, but no way to get it. Contacted dev, they fixed it once, but it soon broke, & now they won't respond. Don't waste your money. Just use trial & reinstall every 3-4 copies or use "Type Machine."

Hello dev, could you please add restore purchase button? guys don't buy it since even if you have purchased it, app doesn't let you restore in app purchase.

Pro version no longer seems to be working. The floating app icon remains, but the app no longer opens when I click the icon. When I open the app directly & go into settings, it says , "Unlock Pro." I DID already pay for the pro version some time ago, and indeed, when I click on Unlock Pro, it says "you already own this item." Can't figure out a way to get it to work again. I really like Inputting Plus, would be sad to lose its extremely useful otherwise-5-star functionality permanently.

Terrific app, but PRO no longer working! Moreover no reply to my support request. So, set 1 star instead of 5, and I repost here my request => I bought Inputting Plus years ago. Today I reinstalled it on my new phone, but it tells me that I'm not in PRO version. So I tried to click to "Unlock PRO", but then I get "You already own this item.", and nothing more, and l'm still limited to 5 copies! So how can I re-enable PRO mode please?

😊☹️😵💫 This app has saved me a lotta headaches. What it provides should be a stock Gboard feature, like a "smart" clipboard. 🚨 FYI, it has not been updated since 2019, so proceed w/ caution. 🤔 This app no longer worked for me after changing phones (2024). It needed it's unique permissions re-enabled on the new phone, but I didn't get a prompt to do this ... AND the permissions didn't even appear under Accessibility. Just weird. Deleting and re-installing the app did the trick, though.🥳

Great when it works. Often bugs and enabling the service doesn't work. No updates in a long time.
Edit to add: saved me NUMEROUS times from having to rewrite from scratch. Make sure service is enabled. Has saved me on multiple occasions. It's like TextArea Cache for android. Should be a required app on all phones for users to (optionally) activate as part of the new phone start process.

Much better now that they brought back the the floating bubble access. One big drawback is that one of the most common apps used for typing (and thus has the need for an undo feature) is Gmail & AirBnB. However this app stopped working inside of those apps some time ago. That's the most common app used for typing in the whole world! Gmail has one billion users, so it's pretty important for this app to work with it, but for some reason recently it doesn't. Why not, and can you please fix this?
