I would strongly advise against banking with CBD. They fail to resolve customer complaints and keep making excuses instead of providing proper solutions. In my opinion, Mashreq Bank and ENBD are much better options in the UAE. I am extremely disappointed with CBD’s service and customer care. The overall experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.
