this app no longer works. I cannot check my bank account.

overall okay, does what I need it to, but the credit score thing all of a sudden decided not to work?? It refuses to load anymore, saying "credit score is loading", and when you try to go directly to the credit screen from the drop-down menu, it just shows you a blank screen with no ability to even try and refresh it :(

love online banking and the app. use it daily

the app isn't loading. I dont know what's going on. been using this app for over four years, please fix this because this is very inconvenient if I have to transfer money while at the store

Does not work outside of the US. So if you travelling, you cannot access your bank balance. I will be closing my account.

Even after updates, most times it fails to load correctly when trying to log in. I have to close app, reopen and then try logging in again. Even if I get logged in there's usually an error. I've had several different phones and it does the same thing with each phone. terrible app.

horrible app. check deposit has never worked!

update 12/9/25 why is this app glitchy again? Errors out when opening. Been this way for a couple days. update 8/29. still a disaster. will the app work or not? pretty glitchy the last couple months. hard to tell on any given day if the app will work our not. not today, I'm trying to pay rent again. This app has become a disaster. Get it together. Now I can't pay rent.

9/21/25 mobile deposit still crashes the app and makes it not possible to use. please get on this. 12/2/25 this still isnt fixed, what gives?????
