The app is installed on my Android S22. When I click on a customer, the app sits there and spins forever. I have done a soft reset on my phone, a hard reset on my phone, gone out of the app and gone back in, signed out and signed back in, emptied the cache,and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it does the same exact thing. I need this for work and am unable to perform my job due to it not working appropriately

App constantly thinks I have no internet connection. This occurs on WiFi or Cellular data. Everytime the app reconnects for two seconds it refreshed causing loss of data. This app is built terribly and needs to check the basics again for a field app.
This app..20 percent of the time it works 10 percent of the time.. Crashes, freezes.. If I'd didnt have to use this for work.. I definitely wouldn't use it

Worst possible app on the technician side. Very simple only works half of the time. Hitting start when not on the ticket will not start the job. Attempting to swap equipment prompts an error message. Updates in the middle of the day causing issues trying to stay on schedule.
