It doesn't update correctly. Gives you incorrect information about the gas levels. After I gas up, there is no change. It will still show and inaccurate amount of fuel in the vehicle. Some places visited never register. I've had the service for one year and five months now, and I don't recommend it.

didn't want it in the 1st place . sold truck now the want copy of dl, contracts , buyers order Just to cancel this service . plus they aren't really clear what they do with my info on thier disclosures

The app is not working properly, It don't even pop up for notification and I have it on notification i have tried everything for it to pop up and it's still dont also, it keeps logging me out.The app and also, it don't show the right location sometime when my car is parked at

unfortunately it lags alot. maybe where we live is a problem. recently I was at the beach with my family in Long Beach. app said I was parked at home. over 100 miles away. also it reads i have 16% fuel. when my tank is full.

absolutely love it it help me track my car wen someone else is driving it.

First, I was practically forced to pay $900 for this device or I couldn't buy the car. 2nd, when there's an issue with the car, the device doesn't inform you. And lastly, if a person sells the car before the subscription is up, that person can still track the new owner until the subscription is up... ain't that highly illegal???
