this app is ridiculous

I love java espresso the drinks are great. my problem is the wait times are getting longer and longer. I had one car in front of me and she got two drinks and I had to wait for over 15 minutes to order. I will continue to get my drinks from here cause the drinks are to good to get anywhere else.

This app really falls short compared to apps from the competition. If I want to order ahead, I have to order at least 30 min in advance. I regularly use competitors apps to assemble complex orders when with family so we don't have to tie up the drive thru. You also can't pay with the app unless you buy a gift card in advance. I don't see much reason to use the app if they are going to just ask my phone number in the drive thru anyway.

I love Java Express but this app needs work. I would really like the option to view the menu from the app without pretending to place an online order and having to type in "yes" to the correct location. it takes way too long just to find what drink options are available before im up to the window. Thanks for good coffee!

Only let's you select one location

It is now Sept, still can't order in Utah off the app!!!! Will update stars when you allow app ordering in Utah. For now I will just go to places that allow you order via online or the app.

I've downloaded this app twice. It will not allow me to enter my phone number so I can not create an account. Bummer.
