Access CU

Tried to sign in and it is automatically signing out. The Credit Union has suddenly gotten too big for its britches that it refuses to listen to it's customers. I requested a new card without the tap feature, went to check and it had not been done, asked again , checked nope. Went again 10/09/2026 teller said yes everything was fine now and tap should not work. I was back 5 minutes later because yes the tap did work. I asked to close my account, took an hour 20 min.

unable to log in anymore. won't bring up saved passwords from Google password. when I try and chat with them to fix the issue they tell me to go into the nearest branch. I have mobile banking so I don't have to do that. very frustrating.
