Can you stop focusing on redesigning the app every 6 months and just make one that works when i log in?

We are actively working behind the scenes to solve this issue. Please delete the current version of the app you are using and re-download the new app. That should resolve this issue and the app should open. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1.855.875.2255!
barely lets me log in. always errors
this app sucks. the balance for me doesn't update at all so when i buy stuff or get money it doesn't change making me have to go further in just to see how much money i have. ive emailed them and they didn't help at all and saying that i should update my app like i didn't already try that. honestly i dont recommend unless they actually fix the bugs they said they already did

This app is the most stupid app I've ever used. Everytime I log in, ever though my biometrics is on, It won't let me. or it would say, 'log in with password and the activate biometrics." which i did for the nth time. there was a whole month that I cannot log in if I'm connected to my home wifi. I'm literally considering changing bank so I wouldn't have to deal with this stupid app. Same with logging in through the web. stupid. I do not recommend. Gives you stress more than anything.

need to add my birthday starting in March 2026 and swiping backwards through months. uninstalled.
I have to log into the website to do banking as this app simply does not function. It has been a whole month now of inability to log in. I have reported it and been ignored.

Log in problems...yes. Frustration level...high. And this isn't the first, or second update that's done this. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still no go.

it is now making it so I have to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, just to be able to log in....
not able to log in, called and they said uninstall, reinstall, and allow locations this time. I did not allow first time. Still can't sign in, very frustrated!! bills to pay we don't have time for this!! read the review cornerstone and fix it, this is a banking app not a game not working!! much more and I'm out of this bank, always something with the app when updated, figure it out already this is people's lives! on hold again..
