This app is unusable for me because the company log in does not work properly. Instead of logging me in so I can use the app, it takes me to the web version of Emburse.
Absolute trash. Your AI pivot and redesign off the app has made this much worse tool. It forces an AI anaylzation of the receipt, can sometimes spend 5 minutes trying to figure it out or does it infinitely because its "offline" so you go to your receipts and have blank and pending ones because it went offline.

While I have been using the app for a while, the recent rebrand to Emburse, has not gone well with the Android App. App is called Emburse Professional in the app store. However, when you install it, you can't really find it because you can only search by the word Professional. If you search by Emburse, nothing shows up. The icon is completely generic and it just makes it harder to even find it. If you fix this, then I move up the rating.
Useless garbage
This app is the perfect example of chasing "automation" or "AI" over functioning workflow. The user has no control over what receipt goes with an expense. The only way to get them to merge is to jump back and forth between receipts and expenses trying to find the magic combination to get them to merge. Stay away if at all possible.
Because they just called it "Professional", good luck finding this in your apps. Why not call it "Emburse"??
new update is terrible. cant even login
trash. still can't upload PDF receipts. get it to gather.
so many bugs and the new ai feature is a pain to correct.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
