Been a reliable app with fingerprint ID
Very difficult to login, and if it happens after m idnight, forget it. they close at midnight.
They finally added dark mode and made the annoying "Snapshot" feature less prominent. -1⭐ Because of the of the constant advertisements for other Chase products. -1⭐ Due to external bank accounts constantly getting disconnected.

great
bad place to open a business bank account. right after I got it open when sending money from my business account to my personal account they lock my account. then I have to spend a hour to get it unlocked. then they lock it again right away. and when call back they say they cant do nothing to call back later. worse place to bank woth.
The constant pop ups for paperless are insufferable. No means no.
my app is no longer compatible for my phone and they dont have an updated app that is.
