phone verification doesn't work when signing up, I always get an error message saying Unable to send SMS message

Keeps saying Unauthorized when I input the sms code since the rebrand /rename
Toxic! App is designed for celebrities to make money with no safeguards for normal chat users. Moderators who enforce community rules are non-existent. App is a haven for bullying, harassment and discrimination. I already emailed you. Do better and I'll change my review.

Hi Aura, we miss ChatBCC too, but feedback has overall been positive on the new brand and hoping it grows on you too

Was really excited to download this but no matter what I do, Chat BCC refuses to send a confirmation code to my number... on top of that my phone keeps alerting me that there's a ton of background processes running for it... and I am not even logged into anything? Sketchy.

Hi Kawaii, sorry you had this issue! If you're willing to reach out to support@ramble.app with your phone number, we can investigate why you didn't receive the code. The background processes were due to excessive checking for new messages and should be fixed in the latest version.
The app isn't working on my phone. it just goes to the chatbcc logo and then doesn't do anything.

The owners of this app do not enforce the tos. The chats are full of hateful, bored people. Save yourself the drama and stress. yw
