The user experience is horrible and the app overall is incredibly dated
I don't like the fact that it runs in the background all the time in "active apps" even when the VPN is not running

"The list of installed apps to provide secure mobile services"!!!??? Collection of installed-app list is not metadata, It is a fingerprint of someone's inner life. collecting that fingerprint as a condition for vpn is a disproportionality that GDPR was literally written to prevent. Article 5(1)(c). The purpose here is to enable VPN access. The installed app inventory is not necessary for that purpose. It fails the proportionality test on its face.

it was a great experience with this app
can't be installed on my laptop, don't know why, it installs on my phone, which is not necessary
