If I could I would give negative stars! All you get is the rewards page and you can't even redeem . Tried redeeming, it never came. Did help desk ticket and they refunded as told me try again. Still no reward. I guess we're out of luck just like with Shopkicks

Can we please have a dark theme? Scanning is ok for points. Rewards seem nice! 2026, now, the surveys don't work!!!!!. THEY go straight to scanning purchases/receipts. Someone needs to pay attention & fix this!!! I contacted CS. They said to clear cache then reinstall if must. It all didn't work & I have a brand new updated working cel!!!!!!!! July 2026 on, doesn't seem to work at all now, every time I check.

Well unfortunately I think the app is done. It was great when it first started but had gone downhill the past couple years. I'm just glad I cashed out my points when it started looking like it was going to end.

Hi, we're sorry to hear that and we would love to take a look at the issue. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@checkpoints.com.
SAD..While I enjoy using the app and whenever I would redeem points for gift cards I normally got them immediately, but if not then it would come no later than 3 days. It takes some time to accrue the points to cash out and I redeemed my points for $100 Walmart gift card on 1/27. Sadly it has been 21 days now and I still have not received the gift card. I sent emails to support several times over the and have heard nothing but crickets.Apps are only as good as their cust serv.No ph # we can call

Use to be great with no problems... Things have taken a BAD TURN...u don't get points and you be right in the store. You constantly have to reinstall r restart your phone. Customer service is awful 😖

I can't find the scanner to scan my in store receipts that I get in store. I may have to ask support. And when I get to the store it will only scan one item and then come up with an error on the others. I didn't know if I didn't have a strong enough wifi signal or why it wasn't scanning anymore. I will try another town but the same store in a few days to see if I can scan more than just one thing. I hope because my other scanning app is no longer - Shopkick and I miss it.
scans should stay on app entire day like shopkicks but sadly disappear by 6:00am EST. Who shops that early. app has continually gotten worse. guess they really don't care about their users.

“I used to enjoy this app, it was fun!”
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
