How do I login to my account??? I even open an account but when it comes to login I'm not able to do that why is this so? this app is very very confusing let me know how login my account!!!

Sorry for the trouble. Log in via Settings > My Account with the email and password you registered. If it fails, reset your password at https://account.chessbase.com/en/pwd-recovery. Still stuck? Write to support@chessbase.com and we'll sort it out. The core features also work without an account.

Thank you! If you enjoy those patterns, the tactics puzzles are drawn from real games - plenty of smothered motifs in there.
I can't search for openings using ECO codes. The developer should add this option. For example, I want to be able to see all games containing the Caro-Kann Defense using just one ECO code.

A clear, useful request - searching the database by ECO code to pull every game of an opening like the Caro-Kann. Noted for the team. In the meantime you can reach games via player and position search. Thank you for the specific example.

Unfortunately, there is almost no one to play with online, since everybody is using the "other two" competitive apps. Please add the possibility of playing against Fritz, online and offline also, and you will have the perfect app. Nevertheless, thank you for adding the possibility of solving puzzles.

where can I load my pgn, to analyze the games?

In version 2.3: Search Database > My Games > Upload PGNs. From there you can open and analyze your games with the cloud engines. If you hit any issue, reach us at support@chessbase.com.
why this app saw server mentinence while sign up

Sorry about the timing. Server maintenance is rare and brief. Please try signing up again or use the app without an account. All core features work without login.
