I am experiencing in the app after subscribing to the Work Plus Unlimited plan. When I attempt to use the app, I receive an error message stating that I have “used all available codes” and that my “daily limit has been reached.” However, I have not reached any daily usage limit. Since my subscription is active and I upgraded specifically to the Work Plus Unlimited plan. I've also uninstalled and closed the app, but still having issues.
my app says: login no longer associated with device This occurred immediately after I paid for a subscription. There is no customer support listed and no way to get around this issue. Otherwise the app has worked fine. Its been about a week since I left the above review. There has been no help and there is no way to use the membership I pay for or cancel it. There is no reliable method to contact someone to fix this or any contact information whatsoever on the app itself.
most of the chevron car washes near me aren't apart of three app, closest it's Maple ridge which is 100km away
update as of May 2026 it actually works. Not many locations available but if you have one near you its usable. old review:Won't let sign up, says contact administrator, useless so far

log in doesn't work properly
Not for the car wash at your local Chevron gas station. unless you live in El Monte or something Chevron 11453 Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 22.5 mi away. maybe it works there?
Only works in California!
The app is always having issues and taking forever to load, if it even stays open. This happened on 2 different phone models, both flagship phones (samsung s25 ultra and pixel 10 XL). I only have 2 touchless washes that are kind of drivable and 1 of them closed for upgrades or something last year. It has been opened for months and months now, but the app still doesn't allow me to use it like before. Worst of all, when I click the contact button on the app, it does nothing. I am cancelling!

The app used to work fine but now it doesn't even open. It just says loading and I can't use my free wash.
